Fight 4 Sterling Support Sterling as Ian Walsh raises money running the Philadelphia Marathon on November 23rd, 2014. Ian is so committed to helping Sterling that he has agreed to get kicked in the leg by UFC LHW Contender Phil Davis if he doesn't finish the 26.2 miles
Seed School Entrepreneur Conference
Chris Haddon supports the Seed School in Baltimore, Maryland. He discussed starting, growing and managing his business's. The students were mostly upper clansman that want to focus on entrepreneurship before graduation.

MISSION STATEMENT
Young Upstart Foundation’s is a non-profit organization based in Columbia, MD and Philadelphia, PA. It was founded by three under-40 entrepreneurs Chris Haddon, Jason Balin and Ian Walsh. The foundation’s goal is to spread the founders’ passion for entrepreneurship to children by holding classes, seminars, parties, and other educational and entertaining activities for local youth. Owning and operating online and offline small businesses has made a profound impact on the founders' lives and they strive to encourage children to become perpetual entrepreneurs and teach them that by using the entrepreneur mentality and approach to life their own opportunities and possibilities are endless.
